Susan Stevane Payton, age 49, residing in Mobile since 2006, died at a local hospital on Tuesday, March 6, 2007. Mrs. Payton was born and raised in

Bridgeport, CT and was a former resident of Fort Myers, FL.

She befriended everyone she met and was loved by all.

Survivors include her husband, Stephen E. Payton, Mobile; son, Norman A. Stevane, Perry, FL; 3 sisters, Ellen Stevane, Denver, CO, Janet Stevane, Milford

CT and Peggy Wharton, Saquache, CO; a brother, Bill Stevane, Peridot, AZ, neices, nephews and other friends and relatives.

A Celebration of Life service for Susan will be held at 1 PM Saturday, March 24, 2007 at the St. Francis Street United Methodist Church, 15 N. Joachim St., Mobile, AL
