Tilley, Phillip, E., 67, a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma and a resident of Daphne, died August 10, 2010. He was a veteran of the Air National Guard, serving as Staff Sergeant.

He is survived by his son, David Scott Tilley, Owasso, OK; daughters, Gina Griffin, Bremen, GA and Kristen Tilley, Dallas, TX; a brother, Jon Monte Tilley, Inola, OK; 5 grandchildren, Avery Jean Tilley, Kendall Reese Tilley, Faith Elizabeth Tilley, Samantha Leigh Griffin, and Jakob Rian Tilley.

Services will be held at a later date.
