Ollie Mae Peyton, 92, born in Clarksville, GA and a current resident of Daphne, died Sunday, April 7, 2013. Mrs. Peyton lived in Atlanta most of her adult life where she was a homemaker and foster mother for over 25 years and was a member of Sylvan Hill Baptist Church in Atlanta. She had lived in Aragon, GA prior to moving to Daphne in 2006.
Ollie is preceded in death by her parents, Roland A. and Carrie L. Moore; a sister, Ethel Moore; two brothers, Lex and Alonzo Moore and by a son, Michael Lloyd Peyton.
Survivors include her son, Stan (Kay) Robertson of Daphne; 2 grandchildren, Tonia Christian and Michael Jacob Peyton; 2 great grandchildren, Brianna Kay Powell and Richard Cobb and a daughter-in-law, Beth Peyton Batchelor and other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be at 10:00am on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Lindale Cemetery in Lindale, GA. Rev Tim Patnode and Rev. Stan Robertson will be officiating.
