December 10, 1921 – March 9, 2008 In Loving Memory.
Mildred Pierce Benandi, age 86 and a resident of Homestead Village for the past two and a half years, died Sunday, March 9, 2008 at a local hospice facility.

She was born in Mathews, Louisiana and was a former resident of Chalmette, LA for 47 years. She was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Debra (Michael) Voth and Dawn (Keith) Deroche; 2 sons, Ronnie (Peggy) Benandi and Daren (Chris) Benandi and 5 grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

Burial will be in St. Roch Cemetery, New Orleans, LA at a later date.
