My condolence to the family. To lose a loved one in death, especially one so young and full of life, is one of the hardest things to deal with. It is very cruel. That’s why the Bible calls death an enemy (1 Corinthians 15:26). Very soon now God promises to swallow up death forever (Isaiah 25:8). And what about all those already dead, like Julia and her mom? The Bible holds out a wonderful hope of seeing them again by means of a resurrection (Acts 24:15). I hope this is encouraging to the family.

My heart aches because you left too soon. You will forever be my best friend. You left a legacy of helping others to the bitter end! I love you, my dearest Pia…..

I think of a big smile when I think of Paige. I was her classmate at JTW. She was a lovely person – sending prayers to her family and friends.

My dear sweet Paige, I will forever cherish all our time together. Will forever hear you open the door and
say ” Auntie Mame I’m home”. The love & laughter you gave to so many! The kindness that you constantly
gave. The ability to touch so many people and make each person feel special.
Thank you for the wonderful care you gave me.
Spread your wings and enjoy cloud hopping!
    Aunt Claudia

Your physical presence in my life was a treasured blessing, and it is very painful to acknowledge its absence. However, I have the assurance that the love we shared will live on, as will the memories of so many shared times. We laughed a lot and we shared a lot, and I will always remember how quick you were to respond to any need I had. ( Like coming out very late at night to help me with a computer problem!)

I also have the deep and abiding assurance that you are in that beautiful, wonderful place where there is only beauty, joy, comfort and more Love than we can ever know on Earth. And, I just know you will be there when I arrive to share that place with you! Until then, I will carry you in my heart..

As an old classmate of Paige’s, I’m sorry for her loss but will never forget those Wright days with her.

  14. Cathy Weaver DeLozier

I’m so sorry for your loss. I remember Paige from JTW and when our dads were in business together, we spent lots of time together in the early and mid 70s. Her smile, her laugh and her love of fun were what I remember most about her. Losing someone so suddenly to a cancer diagnosis is so devastating. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

  15. Carlene Lawson Stokley

I’ve been trying to think of the right words to say, but I’m finding it very difficult. I am so very sorry to hear of Paige’s passing. She and your entire family were such a big part of my life for so long and for that I’m forever grateful. Even though she and I hadn’t been close for many years, I feel as if a piece of me is gone. I am so glad to have had our time together. We made many memories I will cherish forever. Please know that all of you are in my thoughts and prayers.

    Much Love,

  16. Erika Burroughs

Words can not express how saddened I was to hear of Paige’s passing. She was my dearest friend here in Atlanta. I moved here fifteen years ago from the north and she made it her mission to introduce me to the south. My first lesson was to watch “Gone With the Wind” with her. Through the years she taught me about crawfish boils, pig roasts, the real Mardi Gras (in Mobile), why children should say “Yes Ma’am”, and so much more.
She was the kind of friend who would do anything for you. Such a beautiful and generous soul. My children have grown up knowing “Miss Paige” as family. I am so thankful for that.
I will carry her forever in my heart. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Paige was so sweet to me and met her when I worked as a waitress here in Atlanta at the Rusty Nail. She always made me laugh with her sweet southern charm. Mike and I will miss you Paige and my memories with you will always be in my heart.

  18. Margie Smith. to me Paige I'm miss marrrgie southern.

What can I say except we lost a grand southern woman. I will never forget our girls party at Ms.Paiges house. RIP Ms. Paige xoxo

  19. Karen Stiegler Lupton

I am so sorry for your loss. Paige was a classmate of mine at Wrights. She will remain young and healthy in my memories.
Y’all are in my thoughts and prayers.

  20. Diane Sublett

Christine and Gary, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Please know that your family will be in my prayers. It is so hard when someone so young leaves us. The memories we have will get us through.

  21. Janice Boatwright

Gary and Family, I am so sorry, such a little word for what I’m trying to express, for your losing Paige. After reading all these dear remarks, not having known her over her short life was for sure my loss. Much love, Janice
