Joyce Hansen Hofto, age 81 a native of Willmar, MN died Saturday, November 17, 2007.

Mrs. Hofto earned her B.S. from the University of North Dakota and her M.S. from Rutgers University. She was a Registered Dietician and member of the American Dietetic Association. She was an Elder in the Presbyterian church and was a member of Spanish Fort Presbyterian Church, PEO Chapter L and Alpha Phi Sorority.

Mrs. Hofto was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, John R. and her brother, Donald Hansen.

Survivors include her children, Rebecca H. Williams, (Joe) of Newbury, Ohio; William J. Hofto (Patti) of Carbondale, CO and Michael J. Hofto (Nancy) of Mobile. She has 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Westminster Village Foundation or Spanish Fort Presbyterian Church
