Jonathan Glen Brister, 43, of Daphne, died on Thursday, February 3, 2011.

Jon was an accomplished marine life artist and had worked as a carpentar and fisherman. He had lived in Orange Beach for many years. He was a loving son, brother and friend.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Brian Lucke and Stephen Brister.

Survivors include his mother and step-father, Carol and Bernard Bergman of Panama City, FL and his father and step-mother, Bill R. (Myriam) Brister of Orange Beach; 2 sisters, Brenda (Calvin) Tsavatewa of Macon, GA and Diane (Steven) Lucke of Virginia Beach, VA and by many other relatives and friends.
