July 11, 1937 – May 5, 2011 In Loving Memory.
Donald Earl Manley, 73, died at home Thursday, May 5, 2011, following a lengthy illness. Don was born in Roanoke, Alabama.

He was a graduate of University of West Alabama. He served in the U. S. Army for two years. Don and his wife, Barbara, made their home in Jackson, Mississippi for 36 years where Don managed Boteler and Corey, Inc. They retired to Daphne, AL in 2002.

Don was an active member of Eastern Shore Baptist Church in Daphne. While in Jackson, he was an active member of the Alta Woods Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents Marvin and Eris Sudduth Manley.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Barbara Mathews Manley; his daughter, Shannon Manley Snow (Jason) of Spanish Fort, AL and his son Brian Manley (Katharine) of Auburn, AL; three grandchildren, Jake and Kate Snow and Cooper Manley; his brothers, Robert Manley of Georgia and Howard Manley of Roanoke, AL; and nieces and nephews.

A memorial service to honor Don’s life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 7, 2011 at Eastern Shore Baptist Church. Visitation will be immediately following the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to be made to Eastern Shore Baptist Church, P. O. Box 128, 6847 Park Drive, Daphne, AL 36526
