August 4, 1916 – November 2, 2007 In Loving Memory.
Anne Oldham Willard, age 91, died Friday, November 2, 2007 in Mobile, AL.

She received a B.A. degree from Rollins College and a degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin School of Physical Therapy. She served as a First Lt. in the US Army, 1940 until 1946. She served as Chief Physical Therapist at many hospitals, including Crippled Children’s Services of Alabama, Crippled Children’s Society in Mineral Wells, Texas and Flow Memorial and Collin Memorial Hospitals in McKinney, Texas. She loved animals and rescued many. She was skilled rider in rodeos and horse shows.

She is survived by her sister, Margaret O. Solberger of Spanish Fort, AL; 2 step-children, Dorothy wilson and Byron Willard and 5 grandchildren. Mrs. Willard moved to Spanish Fort in August 2007 from Fairview, Texas where she had lived for over 30 years. Mrs. Willard was a lifetime Episcopalian.

A memorial service will be held at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Daphne, AL at a later date.
