William Arles Welch, Sr., 76, a native of Monroeville, AL and a resident of Milton, FL, passed away on Thursday, November 15, 2012. William loved flowers, and all aspects of gardening and became self-employed for many years as a landscaper. He is preceded in death by his parents, Fate and Addie Presley Welch and his brothers, David Welch and Leroy Welch.

Surviving are his daughter, Debra Pharez and his son, William A. (Robin) Welch, Jr.; three sisters, Louise (Levi) Thompson, Lois Welch, Lillie Welch; five brothers, Fate Welch, Manford (Ann) Welch, James (Judy) Welch, Eugene Welch and Edward (Linda) Welch; four grandchildren, Amanda Pharez Osborne, Timothy Pharez, Johnathan Welch and Brittany Welch (Thomas) Bowie; one great grandchild, Haydinn Osborne.
