Sarah Joyce Mattingly Nordstrom, age 57, a native of Fairhope and a resident of Robertsdale, went home to be with Jesus on Thursday, September 30, 2010.

She was a beloved wife, mama, nana, sister, daughter-in-law, sister-in law, friend and devout woman of God. She lived her life to the fullest and made the world a better place in her short time here with us.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Mynelle Mattingly.

Survivors are her husband, Chuck Nordstrom, Robertsdale; daughters, Jessica Owens, Bay Minette and Jude Owens, Daphne ; sons, Jayson Owens, Gulf Shores and Bryan Woods, Fairhope; sister, Cecelia Meggs, Spanish Fort; mother in law and beloved caregiver, Kay Nordstrom, Fairhope; 3 grandchildren, Lauren, Maddie and Xander; Many other family and friends.
