July 16, 1960 – October 24, 2010 In Loving Memory.
Robert Martin “Marty” Page, Jr., 50, a native of Tuscaloosa and resident of Fairhope, passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2010 at a local hospital. Marty would like to be remembered for his love of God, his family, the great outdoors and animals. He was an avid outdoorsman and it was often said that if there was a fish around, Marty would catch it. His family and friends will always remember his passion for pleasing people with innovative cuisine, his wit and for being his own man.
He is predeceased by his father, Robert M. (Bobby) Page and his brother, Stephen Bradley Page.
He is survived by his mother, Sandra M. Page, Fairhope; his sister, Kelli (Gary) Foote, Bishop, GA; his niece, Katie Foote, Bishop, GA.
His uncles, Dr. Kenny (Roni) Moore, Hot Springs Village, AR; J.J. (Gail) Page, Fairhope and Ferrell Fleming, Austin, TX and his cousins, Jay Page and Terri Williams, Gulf Shores; Sheila Crow, Sugarland, TX; Sgt. Kenneth Moore, Virginia Beach, VA; and Charlotte Caminas and Peggy Martin, both of Mobile.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am, Friday, October 29, 2010, at the Henry George Park on the bluff in Fairhope. The family will recieve friends beginning at 10:00am. Officiating will be Rev. Mark Price of Church on the Eastern Shore and Pastor Chris Patrick. Assistance with parking at the bluff will be available. Interment will be at Memory Gardens of Fairhope. Marty would smile if you care to dress casually.
Memorials may be made to the Hope Center at the Church on the Eastern Shore.
