I am so sorry for your loss. I have found a couple of scriptures that have truly given me comfort during such a time of tragedy. The promise we are given at 1 Corinthians 15:26 that says very soon ‘death will be brought to nothing’. Then, we have the prospect of being reunited with our loved ones right here on this earth (John 5:28,29). I truly hope this brings you comfort and hope as it has me. With deepest sympathies, Gwen Huckeba and family.

Jackie so sorry for your loss. Jean was known and loved by everyone. She was an important part of the neighborhood and my girls early life. They will always remember feeding the fish, getting a tour of the gardens and best of all the strawberry patch. Rest her soul, I am sure god has gotten a wonderful gardener to add to the many wonders of nature. Take care, Tammy, bill, Kristine and danielle

Jackie; My mom, Lola Ashby wanted me to be sure and tell you how sorry she is for the loss of your mom. She really like your mom and enjoyed sewing for her when you all lived in Ypsilanti on Cross Street.. Please know we are praying for comfort for your family at this time.

Jackie, I am so sorry see that your mom passed away. Ken and I were out for a drive in November and drove by her house. I know this is very difficult for you, and I certainly hope that when you’re back in Ann Arbor, you will call me to have a chance to get back together. If there is a memorial service, I want to be there. Thinking of you often, love Carol
