In Loving Memory
March 25, 1934 – June 18, 2015
Jean Palmer, a native of Pascagoula, MS and resident of Daphne, AL departed this life on June 18, 2015 at her Daphne home. She was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Daphne and St. John’s Episcopal Church in Pascagoula. She enjoyed traveling with family and friends after retiring as a Registered Nurse.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Patti Palmer; husband, Paul Palmer, and sister, Mary Lou Caver.
She is survived by her daughters, Karen Lambuth (Robin) of Daphne, Barbie Slade of Hattiesburg, MS; son, Dan Palmer of Chicago, IL; grandchildren, Lauren Dempsy (Peter) and Austin Slade.
A celebration of life service will be held at 4:00pm on Sunday, June 21, 2015 at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 28788 N. Main St, Daphne, AL 36526. The family will receive friends at 3:00pm. The family is most appreciative of the loving care provided by her best friend, Margie Haynes, Kim, Donna, Kelly and Covenant Hospice. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Paul’s Building Fund. Expressions of condolence may be offered at www.hughesfh.com.
