James Ray Joiner, 73, of Mobile, AL passed away Friday, April 4, 2014. He was born September 19, 1940, in Stonewall, Mississippi, to the parents of James Howard Joiner and Nellie Raie (Denton) Joiner. James was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
