Glenna Annette (Ann) Lassitter, 73, of Robertsdale, Alabama passed away on Friday, January 16, 2015. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Soloman and Ruby Catherine Skipper, and three brothers, Laverne, Carl, and George (Mary) Skipper.

She is survived by her husband of 55 Years, John Kenneth Lassitter; three daughters, Cathy (Doug) Byrd, of Robertsdale, Alabama, Gwen (Michael) Windham, of Robertsdale, Alabama, and Debbie (Jim) Clark, of Daphne, Alabama; brother, Hollis  (Georgena) Skipper of Las Cruces, New Mexico, five grandchildren, Michael (Donald) Johansson, Carrie (Victor) Richerson, Jonathan (Lindsey) Byrd, Kimberly Windham and John Clark;  and two great- grandchildren, Clarabel and Matthew Tucker; many nieces and nephews; as well as her pets, Skipper and Casper.

Mrs. Lassitter spent her life loving and caring for her husband, family and extended family.  She was an excellent cook, enjoyed working in her beautiful flower gardens,  playing with her great-grandchildren, shopping with her daughters, and spending time with her beloved dogs. 

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at 10:00 AM at the Greenwood Community Covenant Church in Summerdale, Alabama, with visitation at the church from 9:00 to 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Wynn Cemetery, Summerdale, Alabama.
