Donald Earl Coleman, 71, of Atmore, passed away, Thursday, May 15, 2014 at his home with his family by his side.  He was self employed as a truck driver for many years and a member of Vision Church of God.  He was a devoted son and brother and loved his family dearly. He is preceded in death by his wife, Louise Bennett Coleman and his brothers, William “Billy” Coleman, Col. James “Frog” Coleman and Major R. Coleman and his parents, William M. “Bill” Coleman and Allean Crawford Coleman.

Surviving are his son, Ronald Coleman of Nashville, GA; sisters, June Coleman, Atmore, Christine Cormier, Atmore, Minnie R. English, Walnut Hill, Florida, Nancy Helsabeck, Cairo, GA and Jean Searcy;  brothers, Cecil S. Coleman, Atmore, Obie Coleman, Atmore and Curtis T. Coleman; grandchildren, Eli, Amber and June Coleman, all of Nashville, GA, and many other relatives and friends. 

A graveside service and inurnment will be held at 2:30pm, May 23, 2014 at Nokomis Baptist Church Cemetery.  Officiating will be Rev. James Hill and Pastor Carl Roth.  Expressions of condolence may be offered at www.hughesfh.com.  Arrangements are by Hughes Funeral Home & Crematory, 7951 American Way, Daphne, AL  36526.
